it's difficult to switch back and forth at first. if you look at her reflection below, the argument for one way over the other becomes pretty apparent. it's a stretch to call what is below her a shadow since there is no foreshortening. she's definitely spinning counter-clockwise. however, i found even going against logic, i could envision her spinning clockwise. the mind is wonderful.
OH MY GOD! i just had a mind-sexation! I saw it as clockwise right away, and could not fathom seeing it anti. then i read dan's post, and i tried the shadow-gazing, and it flipped immediately to auntie. Then it switched back to The Way of the Clock, and i came again in my mind. The best thing since 3-D posters. I need to go lay down.
