Code:Pink is a grass roots women’s anti-war organization looking to end US involvement in Iraq and divert attention and funds into healthcare, schooling, and other “life affirming activities”. Mockingly named as a response to the Bush administration’s terror alert coding, the only reason I know they exist is because one of them popped up in a picture that was on Yahoo! news. Well, good for those young ladies and housewives!Am I the only person though that thinks Code:Pink somehow sounds a lot like Code:Gay? Maybe I’ve just seen that scene in Reservoir Dogs too many times.
