J-Jacked, Or Jack Off

The doctor has again ordered Janet Jackson to postpone a return to her "Rock Witchu" tour, and not a moment too soon!

Jackson was scheduled to resume her tour tonight in New York after canceling a show over the weekend in Connecticut, but a message posted on the resort venue and casino's Web site stated the show had been canceled at the advice of Jackson's doctor. She has since postponed several shows, including a mid-week show at Madison Square Garden in New York. Promoters say the dates will be rescheduled. Jackson is on her first North American tour in seven years, and no one is saying what is ailing the singer, who was rushed to a hospital in Montreal before a concert in late September. But let's be honest - who's really being looked out for?

It seems pretty clear that doctors are keeping Jackson off the road not for her health, but for that of any audience. This is the first time doctors have made such a move regarding a patient, or more precisely, non-patients, but the health risks to anyone daring to see Janet Jackson perform seems to be too great at the moment. Unorthodox? Yes. Brave. Absolutely!
