This may not be a great Halloween costume (and I hope that's what it is), but it is yet another reason for me to hate Entourage and anybody associated with it.
Adrian Grenier has got his gas face on like they just told him Santa Monica Blvd was going to be cordoned off in West Hollywood on Halloween. Or maybe he's just angry with himself for being seen in public looking like a ladyboy. Guess we'll never know, but I can tell you that that chick next to him dared to find out, and now she's looking at a little rhinoplasty. Who's got spandexcstasy now, bitch?
