Missing The Message

The other day when I hoped for the painful death of Ann Coulter, I didn't think that somebody would be thinking along the same lines. And get it all mixed up.

Little Rock, AR anchor Anne Pressly (26), was found about 4:30 a.m. yesterday morning — a half-hour before she was due to appear on the KATV's "Daybreak" program - severely beaten at her home. Asked whether Pressly may have been targeted because of her job, officers said they were talking to station employees to determine whether she "has had any problems", and noted "(It) is possible that it is something other than robbery". Identity confusion?

Pressly appeared briefly in Oliver Stone's new movie W. as a conservative commentator who speaks favorably of President Bush's "Mission Accomplished" event on an aircraft carrier shortly after the start of the Iraq war. That would be Ann Coulter.

Folks, you've got to keep in mind that every tall blonde you see is not Ann Coulter. Just like every chubby black woman filled with creamy nougat is not Oprah. Not always, at least...
