Gabriel at Videogum editor seems to have gone deeper...and found the real origin of Inception - a Scrooge McDuck comic strip! Yes, it's a shock to see that Christopher Nolan ripped it off, but casting Juno and 500 Days Of Summer to help out Gilbert Grape, well, that's where it becomes okay.
