You Were On The Wrong Show

The ninth-season winner of reality TV show "Big Brother" told a federal agent that he used his $500,000 prize to buy thousands of oxycodone pills and resell them. Never mind holing up for a month in a luxury house, you should have been on The Apprentice.

Adam Jasinski of, you guessed it - Delray Beach FL, has been charged with attempting to sell 2,000 pills in Massachusetts to a government witness. Since when did feds become official "witnesses" for the government. Federal prosecutors said Jasinski was arrested Saturday after he flew to Boston and showed the witness a sock containing two plastic bags filled with oxycodone. As agents tried to arrest Jasinski at a strip mall, he struggled and threw the sock under a car parked nearby. Wow, that must have been tough to retrieve.

Jasinski won $500,000 in April 2008. In the affidavit, Jasinski told the fuzz that he had been using his winnings to buy thousands of oxycodone pills, and then reselling them along the East Coast. That's terrific and inventive. He faces a maximum of 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine on a charge of possession of oxycodone pills with intent to distribute.
